Four people have been injured after a car and an ambulance collided in Dublin.
The driver of the car had to be cut from the wreckage following the crash that happened at around 4.30pm yesterday afternoon at Cabinteely on the N11.
An ambulance that was carrying a patient and on its way to hospital collided with a car at the Clonkeen Road junction.
Four people, two men in their 60s, a man in his 20s and a woman in his 70s, were taken to St Vincent's hospital following the collision.
However their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Both vehicles sustained significant damage in the collision.
The road was closed for a time yesterday but has since reopened.
