10,000 People Are Thought To Have Died In Typhoon Haiyan

At least 10-thousand people are thought to have been killed in one city in the Philippines by a super storm.

Typhoon Haiyan flattened homes, schools and an airport in Tacloban.

Many of the survivors were forced to swim for their lives as the sea rose.

Oxfam country director for the Philippines is Justin Morgan - he says the death toll could have been a lot higher:
